Ingredients.
- Sirloin Steak
- Onions
- Garlic
- Coarse sea salt
- Black peppercorns crushed
- Red wine
- Red Chilli
- Bay leaves
- Olive oil
- Spinach
Method.
- Drizzle steak with olive oil, sea salt and crushed peppercorns.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and reduce heat to medium.
- Cook steak on each side for 3 minutes or until your desired choice.
- In the same skillet add crushed garlic, onions, bay leaves, chills and red wine .
- Cook for another 2 minutes or until red wine has reduced.
- Remove steak and allow to rest.
- Add spinach and stir into remaining ingredients in skillet for an additional 1 minute.
- Remove spinach with other ingredients and serve with steak and fries.
