This is a delicious one pot meal with smoked chicken and turkey and a mixture of vegetables, trust me it’s packed and bursting with flavour.
Smoked chicken and Turkey casserole
Ingredients.
- Smoked Turkey
- Smoked Chicken
- Cut onions
- Chopped garlic
- Spring onions
- Chopped carrots
- Bell peppers
- Chillis
- Potatoes
- Chicken stock cube
- Cumin
- All spice
- Cloves
- Salt to taste
Method.
- Heat a large skillet on medium heat with oil.
- Fry smoked chicken and turkey over a medium-high heat until brown all over.
- Add chopped onions and garlic and fry till golden.
- Add chopped carrots, potatoes, bell peppers chillis, cumin, all spice and cloves.
- Add chicken stock and allow to simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat and serve with a sticky rice.
